It was a Goblin Breeding Farm, a venture initially met with ridicule, then fear, and finally, grudging respect.  The first farm, a haphazard affair built on experimentation and sheer grit, had yielded goblins of varying strengths and temperaments. Some were docile, useful for simple tasks. Others were fiercely aggressive, a potential threat even to their own kind. But the Whisperwinds were different.

Their name came from their unique ability – an almost imperceptible psychic connection to the surrounding earth. They could sense tremors, locate underground water sources, and even communicate, in a way, with the very soil itself.  Elara envisioned a future where these goblins, far from the mindless brutes of folklore, would revolutionize farming, mining, and even magical research.  But the path to this future was paved with setbacks and challenges, far greater than she'd anticipated in her ambitious Goblin Breeding Farm 2.

The whisper of dissent began subtly.  Amongst her staff, a group of mostly disillusioned mages and ex-adventurers seeking a less violent life, a murmuring had begun.  Bartholomew, a gruff but kind dwarf who’d been with her since the start, voiced his concerns. "Elara," he said, his voice low, his beard twitching, "These Whisperwinds… they're too sensitive. Too… fragile."
